I've been there twice and I have to say that their system on who got there first as a walking SUCKS. They need to hire a receptionist to have control of walkings and appointments. Arleny's did my hair the first time and I loved it. But then the most unprofessional act I ever seen. After waiting from 9am until 5pm Arleny's and the other stylist were debating in front of me who was going to do my hair. This went on for at least 20 minutes. When I finally was chosen by the other stylist she was so upset that the way she did my hair was horrible she had no interest. I would never go back. Customer service is the worst.

Listen , i'm going to be clear, my 5-star rating is only because of the eyebrow threader. I only go to this place because Rabia is there. She is the Goddess of Eyebrows. I live way too far from here but i make the drive because she is too good at what she does, no one else can touch my face. I recommend Rabia to everyone. She is very experienced, talented , and friendly. You will not regret it
